Website operation
Hosting and email providers may process information as needed to operate the service. The form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions; it does not save the raw IP address with the enquiry. Hosting systems may keep their own security logs.
Storage and retention
Access is limited to authorised administrators. Enquiries should be reviewed and retained only for as long as they are needed for the enquiry, the business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations. The operator can configure an automatic retention period and use WordPress privacy export and erasure tools.
